BMWED Reaches Tentative National Agreement

February 2, 2012 - Today, the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes Division-IBT and the National Carriers’ Conference Committee reached a tentative agreement settling all outstanding bargaining issues. The tentative agreement is subject to membership ratification. Details of the agreement will be distributed to the membership in accordance with the BMWED’s bylaws.
