2021-2022 - BMWED - Amtrak Contract Negotiations - amendable December 31, 2021.  All matters concerning our negotiations with Amtrak for a new contract.  Our previous agreement with Amtrak has ended.  We are now in an amendable period and are currently bargaining over wages, work rules and benefits.

2014-2015 "Me-Too" dispute - Stemming from Amtrak's not understanding basic contract language. A simple principle really... if one group gets "better" then the other groups, then "me too" means the other groups get better as well. The UTU got better. We deserve parity. Amtrak doesn't see it that way.

2010-2013 BMWED - Amtrak Contract Negotiations - Here we go again, the Passenger Rail Labor Bargaining Coalition, made up of both the BMWED and BRS, are pitted against Amtrak and it's newest tactic, insisting that we accept the same crappy contracts thrust upon other weaker unions.
