Amtrak has advised that the retroactive payments will be made on June 29, 2018, and the new rates go into effect on June 27, 2018.
*note: On July 1, 2018, there will be an additional 2.75% increase.
Thank you to all that participated in the process, whether you supported or opposed this agreement. Special thanks to the National Division and our own Federation officers and staff who worked through Amtrak's deceit and bad faith to bring this round of bargaining to a close.
